CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Single Article. According to article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State, is ratified it? Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia for the Development of Science and Technology Exchange and Training Activities for Exploration and Use of the Outer Space for Peaceful Purposes, signed in the city of Cochabamba, at 31 days of March 2011.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of November of the year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
