CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Article 1. According to article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State, is ratified it? Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bolivia and the Government of the People's Republic of China, signed in Beijing on 20 December 2007.

Article 2. The Executive Body, through an Interpretive Declaration, must inform the Government of the People's Republic of China that the name? Republic of Bolivia? should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of November of the year two thousand eleven.
