CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Contract of Loan No. 2593 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank Inter-American Development-BID dated October 26, 2011, for the sum of up to $us62,000,000.-(SIXTY-TWO MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Fiscal Policy Support Program and its Decentralization, Second Operation Programmer?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan Contract No. 2593 /BL-BO approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the thirteen days of December of the

year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
