CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Constitution of the State

Plurinational, is ratified it? Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Government of the People's Republic of China, signed in Shenzhen City, on 12 August 2011.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-two days of November

of the year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it is enacted so that it has and complies with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
