CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with the provisions of article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Constitution

Policy of the Plurinational State, is ratified it? General Agreement on Development Cooperation between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Kingdom of Belgium, signed in the city of Brussels on 20 May 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of the month of

November of the year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it is enacted to be and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State.
