CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with the provisions of article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Constitution

Policy of the State, is ratified it? Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia on Financial Cooperation 2009?, signed in the city of La Paz, on September 13, 2011.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the thirteen days of December of the

year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the State. Plurinational of Bolivia.
