CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECCRETA:
Article 1.
I A declaration of public need and utility, the expropriation of the property of the property of the Protective Society of the
Children, registered in Royal Rights under Matricle No. 2.01.0.99.0110736, which is located at No. 1 Mzna. 24-5, Illimani and Colon of the city of La Paz, with a surface of 649.79 mts2.
II. The expropriated property will be used for the construction of new buildings for the Legislative Assembly
Plurinational
Article 2.
I. The fair price payment, determined according to current regulations, is available.
II. The Maximum Executive Authority of the Chamber of Deputies is entrusted, complying with the corresponding administrative procedures
the expropriation, in accordance with the Resolution of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly RALP Nº 002 /2011-2012 of 3 May 2011.
III. The property of the expropriated property will be registered in Real Rights in favor of the Legislative Assembly
Plurinational.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
Is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days in December of the
year two thousand eleven.
