CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:
PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. Is the year 2012 established as? Year of Non-Violence Against Childhood and Adolescence in the State
Plurinational of Bolivia?, with the objective of promoting the fight against all types of violence against children, girls and/or adolescents.
Article 2. The Legislative, Judicial, Electoral and Executive Bodies through the various Ministries, the
Departmental Autonomous Governments, the Municipal Autonomous Governments, the Indigenous Autonomous Government of Peasants, organisations and institutions related to the subject, within the framework of their powers, should prioritise and provide for the necessary resources, with the task of drawing up and implementing the necessary policies, plans, strategies, programmes and projects. compliance with this Law, as well as carrying out the activities of

Article 4. The entities mentioned in article 2 of this Law through the Ministry of Justice,
will define a monthly theme in favor of Nonviolence to Children, Girls and Adolescents, which will be the monthly slogan of the 2012 campaign.
Article 5.
