LAW OF DECEMBER 28, 2011

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare the Department of Cochabamba? Gastronomic Capital of Bolivia?, for the diversity

own culinary of its regions, provinces and municipalities.

Article 2. The Executive Body through the competent Ministries, in coordination with the Autonomous Government

Departmental of Cochabamba, Municipal Autonomous Governments and Indigenous Governments of Peasants, will implement public policies of promotion and dissemination for cultural and tourist purposes.

Article 3. The Executive Body through the competent Ministries in coordination with the Autonomous Government

Departmental of Cochabamba, the Autonomous Municipal Governments and the Governments of the Indigenous Peoples of Indigenous Peoples, in the framework of the of their competencies will preserve traditional agricultural production based on their ancestral uses and customs.

Article 4. Law No 3192 of 30 September 2005 is repealed and any rule contrary to the present is repealed.
