CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.
I. Is the extinction of the Single Fund Directory available? DUF created by Law No. 2235 of 31 July 2001 of the
National Dialogue 2000.
II. The organization, functions, transformation and/or liquidation of the National Regional Development Fund? FNDR and Fund
National Productive and Social Investment? FPS, will be established by the Executive Body, through Supreme Decrees, within a maximum period of sixty (60) business days of enactment of this Law.
TRANSITIONAL PROVISION
Unica. As long as the Executive Body issues the regulations to this Law, the administrative,
budgetary powers of the National Regional Development Fund? FNDR and the National Fund for Productive and Social Investment? FPS, they will be approved by the Executive Director of each entity.
ABROGATORY AND REPEAL PROVISIONS
REPEAL provisions. The following provisions are repealed:
Article 4 of Law No. 926 of March 25, 1987.
(b) of Article 1; paragraph II of Article 18; Article 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24; point (f) of Article 30 (c) of Article 31 of Law No 2235 of 31 July 2001 of the National Dialogue 2000.
All laws and regulatory provisions contrary to this Law shall be abrogated and repealed.
FINAL DISPOSITION
Unica.
I. The remainder of the 2011 Management Budget, as well as the assets and liabilities of the Single Fund Directory? DUF
will be transferred to the Unit in charge of the settlement process, under the Ministry of Development Planning.
II. The resources deposited in the Treasury's Single Account, corresponding to
DUF's PLANE and PROPAIS Programs, will be transferred to the Unit identified in the previous paragraph.
III. The resources from the paragraphs I and II of this Disposition, will be used to finance the payment of
liabilities, as well as the operation of the Unit in charge of the liquidation process.
IV. The Unit in charge of the settlement process must complete its functions within a period not greater than six (6) months, to
from the publication of this Law.
Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-two days of December
of the year two thousand eleven.
