CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article

I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Contract of Loan and Financial Export and Execution of the Program, signed between the State Plurinational of Bolivia and the German Financial Cooperation, KfW, Frankfurt am Main, on October 07, 2011, for an amount of Euros 12,344,205, 10 (Twelve Million Treshundreds Forty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Five 10/100 Euros), of which Euros 3.447.049.20 (Three Million Four-hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Forty-Nine 20/100 Euros) corresponds to the loan and Euros 8.897.155.90 (Eight Million Noventa Ochocidents and Seven Thousand Hundred Fifty and Five 90/100 Euros) corresponds to a Financial Aporte (Donation), destined to finance the execution of the? Water Potable and Sewerage Program Guadalquivir?.

Il. The entity responsible for the payment of the debt service of the component corresponding to the loan, will be the

Autonomous Government of Tarija.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of February of the

year two thousand twelve.
