CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State Political Constitution, Article 158 of the Constitution,

approve the Contract of Loan No. 2597 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank Inter-American Development? IDB on December 09, 2011, for the sum of up to $us20,000,000.-(TWENTY MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Bolivia's Drinking Water and Sanitation Program for Small Localities and Rural Communities?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the National Treasury to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan Contract No. 2597 /BL-BO approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly. Plurinational, at eight days of the month of March of the year

two thousand twelve.
