CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State Political Constitution, Article 158 of the Constitution,

approve the Contract of Loan No. 2654 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank Inter-American Development? IDB on December 28, 2011, for the sum of up to $us78,000,000.-(SEVENTY-EIGHT MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the Project? Line of Electric Transmission Cochabamba? La Paz?.

II. It is authorized to assume the repayment of the debt that is contracted in the execution of the Loan Agreement No.

2654 /BL-BO approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for purposes

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of March of the year

two thousand twelve.
