CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to the Attribution 10ª, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Government Concessional Loan Agreement [CHINA EXIMBANK GCL N ° (2011) 41 TOTAL Nº (391)], subscribed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and The Export Import Bank of China? EXIMBANK dated December 22, 2011, for an amount of Yuanes 716.427.053.03 SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIFTY-THREE 03/100 YUAN), equivalent to $us108,729.121, 28 (HUNDRED AND EIGHT MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-NINE A HUNDRED AND TWENTY-ONE HUNDRED $28/100 USD), intended to finance the? Acquisition Project of six (6) H-425 helicopters.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation to assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Government Concessional Loan Agreement [CHINA]. EXIMBANK GCL Nº (2011) 41 TOTAL Nº (391)] approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of March of year

two thousand twelve.
