CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
LAW OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE GENERAL BUDGET OF THE STATE
(PGE? 2012)
Article 1. (OBJECT). This Law aims to approve the modifications to the General Budget of the
Managing State 2012, for public sector entities, and to establish specific financial provisions for its implementation and implementation. by public sector entities.
Article 2. (AMENDED AND CONSOLIDATED BUDGET 2012).
Additional budget of resources and expenses for Public Sector entities is approved for a total aggregate amount Bs5.432.180.440.-(Five Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-two Million Hundred Eighty thousand four hundred and forty 00/100 Bolivians) and consolidated from Bs5.351.808.045.-(Five Thousand Three Hundred and One Million Eight Thousand Forty-Five 00/100 Bolivianos), according to Annex I.
Article 3. (BUDGETARY MODIFICATIONS). The Executive Body is authorized through the
Ministries of Economy and Public Finance and Development Planning, to carry out intra-institutional budgetary transfers of current expenditure and public investment, according to Annex II.
Article 4. (INCENTIVE FOR OIL PRODUCTION). The Executive Body is authorized through the
Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, issuing Tax Credit Notes as a mechanism to ensure the continuity of energy security, by encouraging exploration and increase in oil production, with the aim of reducing imports of petroleum products. The regulations will be made through the express Supreme Decree.
ADDITIONAL provisions
. Article 30 of Law No 211 of 23 December 2011, regarding the name
of the? Bolivian Construction Company? EBC?, being the correct one:? Bolivian Strategic Company for Construction and Conservation of Civil Infrastructure-EBB?.
SECOND. Article 12 of Law No 211 of 23 December 2011 is amended, with the following wording:
? Article 12. (HOLIDAY REGIME).
I. The use of vacation from public servants covered by the Law of the Statute of the
Public Official, will not be able to accumulate for more than two consecutive steps; exceptionally, the economic compensation of the vacation will proceed in the cases of death of the public servant in favor of his heirs, for reasons of extinction of the entity, for dismissal of the official or resignation to the position, and when there is judicial ruling or executed sentence.
II. The right to vacation in the General Law regime of the Job, will be subject to the established
in its related provisions and rules.?
