CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Is extended for another thirty-six (36) months to be computed from July 24, 2012, the currency of the Tax on the

Financial Transactions? ITF created by Law No 3446 of 21 July 2006 and extended in force through the General Budget of the State? Management 2009.

II. During the validity of the FTT, the regulatory norms for the application of the

Law No 3446 will be maintained in force, and they can be modified through a legal instrument of equal or greater normative hierarchy.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twelve days of the month of April of the year

two thousand twelve.
