CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare the Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia? Ritual the Tinku

(encounter)?, with geographical location and origin in the north of Potosi and as its capital to the Locality of Macha of the Municipality of Colquechaca, Province Chayanta of the Department of Potosí.

Article 2. The Ministry of Cultures is responsible for coordinating with the Autonomous Governments

Departmental and the Municipal Autonomous Governments where this ritual is performed, to develop the programs of dissemination of the? Ritual the Tinku (encounter)?

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-nine days of March
