CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:
PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.
I. According to the Article 158, paragraph 1, Section 158 of the Political Constitution of the State, I approved the Loan Agreement, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF, dated December 16, 2011, for an amount of up to $us.75,000,000.-(SEVENTY-FIVE MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the program Puesta a Punto de Roads.
II. The Respective Departmental Autonomous Governments will provide the counterpart financing for the Puesta to Point of Roads Program, in the percentage that corresponds to them.
Remit to the Executive Body, for purposes
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-five days of the month of April of the year two thousand twelve.
