CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. The National Monumental and Archaeological Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia is declared to the

post Tiwanacotas and Preincaicas constructions of Iskanwaya, located in the Munecas Province of the Department of La Paz.

Article 2. The conservation of the Arquelogic Monument of Iskanwaya is declared a priority.

Article 3. The Autonomous Departmental Government of La Paz and the Autonomous Municipal Government of

Aucapata are authorized to manage funds for the value of the Monumental and Archelogic Heritage and its promotion and national and international dissemination.

Article 4. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Cultures, and the Autonomous Territorial Entities

recognized in the Political Constitution of the State and the Laws of Protection of the Cultural Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, agreement to its powers and powers, are in charge of compliance with this Law.

Article 5. The Ministry of Cultures is responsible for the registration, cataloging and issuance of the certificate of

Cultural Heritage mentioned in Article 1.

FINAL DISPOSITION

Unique. All provisions contrary to this Law are abrogated.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
