CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. The PUJLLAY and AYARICHI are recognized and declared, cultural and ancestral historical heritage of
national, oral, material and immaterial priority, as expressions of the Yampara Culture, reflected in their music, dance, clothing, textile wealth, traditions, knowledge, spiritual values and cosmovisions.
Article 2. The Ministry of Cultures is responsible for carrying out the necessary actions and efforts before the
UNESCO, to declare the PUJLLAY and the AYARICHI as cultural, ancestral and intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
Article 3. The Ministry of Cultures should formulate and implement policies for the promotion, protection and dissemination of the
PUJLLAY and AYARICHI, as well as cultural, historical and documentary wealth, safeguarding the registration of intellectual property and promoting their custody and conservation.
OPENING DISPOSITION
Unica. Law No 2562 of 20 November 2003 is repealed.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

year two thousand twelve.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
