Law No. 249 law of 15 June 2012 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the PLURINATIONAL Legislative Assembly, D E C R E T A: article 1. It recognizes and declares the PUJLLAY and AYARICHI, cultural and ancestral heritage of priority national, oral, material and immaterial, as expressions of the Yampara culture, which is reflected in their music, dance, clothing, textile richness, traditions, knowledge, spiritual values and worldviews.
Article 2. The Ministry of culture is responsible for the actions and necessary steps to UNESCO, to declare the PUJLLAY and the AYARICHI as a cultural, ancestral and intangible oral heritage of humanity.
Article 3. The Ministry of culture shall formulate and implement policies of promotion, protection and dissemination of the PUJLLAY and AYARICHI, as well as the rich cultural, religious history and documentary, safeguarding the intellectual property registry and promoting their custody and conservation.
Sole ABROGATION provision. It is repealed law No. 2562 of November 20, 2003.
