CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. It is declared Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to the dance WAKA WAKA or WAKA THOCORIS.
Article 2. The Ministry of Cultures is responsible for the registration, cataloging and issuance of the Certificate
Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia of the dance WAKA WAKA or WAKA THOCORIS.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-nine days of May
of the year two thousand twelve.
