CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. All Public and Working Servers over the age of 18 who develop their activities with

permanent or temporary roles in public institutions, private or dependent on any type of employer, shall enjoy tolerance A paid day of the year, in order to undergo a medical examination of Pap and/or Mammography.

Article 2. To justify the enjoyment of this tolerance, any Public or Worker will have to present to

the institution or place where it develops its work activities, the constancy that evidence the completion of the Pap smear test and/or Mamography, issued by the Health Manager where it is insured or the approved Health Center, and not the result.

Article 3. The date of the day of tolerance must be established in coordination between the beneficiary and the

employer.

FINAL DISPOSITION

Unica. The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security and the Ministry of Health and Sports, within the time

ninety (90) days of published this Law, will regulate their corresponding application.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

Is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twelve days of June of the year

two thousand twelve.
