Law No. 252 law of July 3, 2012 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the PLURINATIONAL Legislative Assembly, D E C R E T A: article 1. All public servants and workers over 18 years of operating with permanent or temporary functions in public, private institutions or dependent on any kind of employer, shall enjoy paid tolerance of one working day per year, in order to undergo a medical examination of PAP or mammogram.
Article 2. To justify the enjoyment of this tolerance, all working or public servant shall provide to the institution or place where he developed their work activities, the record that evidence the effectuation of the PAP or mammogram exam issued by the entity manager of health where insured or authorized health center, and not the result.
Article 3. The date of the day of tolerance must be established in coordination between the beneficiary and the employer.
Sole FINAL provision. The Ministry of labour, employment and Social Welfare and the Ministry of health and sports, within ninety (90) days of posted this law, regulate their corresponding application.

Two thousand twelve is given in the room sessions of the Assembly Legislative plurinational, twelve days after the month of June of the year.
