CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ARTICLE 1. Declare of necessity concurrent between the central government and the territorial entities

ARTICLE 3. Start the Ministry of Environment and Water, Autonomous Government of the Department of
Tarija, Autonomous Government of Entre Ríos, in coordination with the Guarani people of the TCO Itika Guazu, the elaboration of the technical feasibility studies to establish the technical feasibility, economic, environmental and preferentially social for the execution of projects in the sustainable use and harvesting of water in order to contribute to food security and sovereignty.
ARTICLE 4. To start the Ministry of Environment and Water, Autonomous Government of the Department of
Tarija, Autonomous Government of Entre Ríos, in coordination with the Guarani people of the TCO Itika Guazu, the promotion and channeling of technical and financial cooperation, in order to develop policies, plans, programmes, projects of irrigation systems for the sustainable use and harvesting of water in order to contribute to food security and sovereignty.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
