CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:
PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
? CONSTRUCTION, IMPLEMENTATION AND ADMINISTRATION
OF THE CABLE TRANSPORT SYSTEM (CABLE CAR)
IN THE CITIES OF PEACE AND HIGH?
Article 1. (OBJECT). According to the number 11 of paragraph II of Article 298 of the
Political Constitution of the State, concordant with the numeral 2 of paragraph I of Article 96 of the Law Framework of Autonomy and Decentralization? Andres Ibanez? No. 031 of 19 July 2010, point (c) of Article 20 (2) of the General Transport Law No. 165 of 16 August 2011, declaring the construction, implementation and administration of the System of the State of the State of the State of Central Cable transportation in the cities of La Paz and El Alto.
Article 2. (financial).
I. In the framework of Articles 158 and 322 of the Constitution of the State, the Ministry of Economy and
Public Finance are authorized to contract a credit with the Central Bank of Bolivia in national currency for up to Bs.1,633.372,800,00.-(A THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY-THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED 00/100 BOLIVIANS) destined for the construction of the Cable Transport System (Teleferico) in the cities of La Paz and El Alto.
II. Within the framework of paragraph I of this Article, the Central Bank of Bolivia is authorized to grant to the Ministry of
of Economy and Public Finance an extraordinary credit under concessional conditions, for which the Bank is exempted Bolivia Central to the application of Articles 22 and 23 of the Law of the Central Bank of Bolivia Nº
1670 of October 31, 1995.
III. Corresponds to the Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing, the evaluation and monitoring of the resources of the
credit to be awarded by the Central Bank of Bolivia in favor of the Ministry of Economy and Finance Public, destined for the construction of the Cable Transport System (Teleferico) in the cities of La Paz and El Alto.
Article 3. (DIRECT HIRING). The Executive Body is authorized through the Ministry of Works
Public, Services and Housing, the direct hiring under the turnkey mode of a specialized company for construction and construction The three lines of the Cable Transport System (Teleferico), established in Article 2 of this Law.
Article 4. (EXXX_ENCODE_CASE_ONE premises). The Plurinational Legislative Assembly, within the framework of its competences,
will declare of necessity and public utility the expropriations that are necessary for the implementation of the System of Transport by Cable (Teleferico) in the cities of La Paz and El Alto.
Article 5. (ADMINISTRATION OF SERVICE). Once the implementation phase of the lines of the
Cable Transport System (Teleferico) in the cities of La Paz and El Alto has been completed, the Executive Body, by means of a Supreme Decree, will create the National Public Transport Company. by Cable La Paz? The High, in charge of the administration and operation of this service.
Article 6. (CONDITIONS OF SERVICE). In accordance with paragraph III of Article 24 of the Law
General of Transportation, the Executive Body shall establish and approve, by means of a Supreme Decree, the rules that establish the conditions for the provision of the transport service
Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
