CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Carapari, capital of the Second Section of the Great Chaco Province of the Department of Tarija, called? Fraction of the Predio Villa El Carmen?, and located on the Tarja Road? Yacuiba, with a surface area of 2,011,00 square meters and registered in the offices of the Royal Yacuiba Rights under the Matricula Nº 6.04.2.01.0000514, whose colindances are: to the North with the property of the transferors with 47,885 linear meters; to the South with the property of the transferors with 20,412 linear meters; to the East with the area of protection of the road Tarija? Yacuiba with 55,032 linear meters; and the West with the ownership of the transferors with 68,054 linear meters, in favor of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos and with exclusive destination to the construction of a service station.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

two thousand twelve.
