CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article. Pursuant to the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Political Constitution of the State, I approved the loan agreement, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF on June 1, 2012, for the sum of up to $us75,000,000.-(SEVENTY-FIVE MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Project of Construction of the Chacapuco-Ravelo Road?
Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of August of the year two thousand twelve.
