CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article. Pursuant to the 10ยช attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution
Policy of the State, approve the loan agreement, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF on June 1, 2012, for the sum of up to $us13.150.992.-(THIRTEEN MILLION HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Project of Construction of the Incahuasi Tunnel?.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of August of the
year two thousand twelve.
