CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, paragraph I, attribution 13ª of the Constitution

State policy, the disposal is approved, free of charge from a property of the Government Autonomous of the Municipality of Villa Montes, inscribed in Royal Rights under the registration No. 6.04.3.01.0000883, with a surface area of 12,858,04 square meters, and located in the Barrio Bernardino Bilbao Rioja, Manzano 134 and 135, whose colindances are: al North with Iguiraru Street and with the properties of the Lord Javier Sanchez and the Mrs. Margarita Ayala, with 78.96 linear meters and 18.50 linear meters, respectively; to the South with the Avenida Palo Santo, with 104.35 linear meters; to the East with Samayhuate street with 161.10 linear meters; and to the West with the Ibibobo street, and with the properties of the Lord Javier Sánchez and Mrs. Margarita Ayala with 69.68 linear meters and 53.67 linear meters, respectively; in favor of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos and with exclusive destination to the construction of the building the Vice-Presidency for Administration, Contracts and Taxation, in accordance with the established by the Municipal Ordinance HCM Nº 99/2011.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of August of the year two thousand twelve.
