CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. In accordance with Article 158, attribution 14ª of paragraph I, of the Political Constitution of the
State, is it ratified? Agreement between the Republic of Colombia and the Republic of Bolivia on Cooperation for the Control of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Related Crimes, Prevention of Consumption, Rehabilitation and Alternative Development? signed in the city of Bogota, Republic of Colombia, on March 12, 2001.
Article 2. The Executive Body through an Interpretive Declaration, will communicate to the Government of the Republic of Colombia, that the name? Republic of Bolivia? should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009 and Supreme Decree No. 0048 of March 18, 2009.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-three days of August of the year two thousand twelve.

Therefore, it is enacted so that it has and complies with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
