CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. In accordance with Article 158, attribution 14ª of paragraph I, of the Political Constitution of the

State, is it ratified? ALBA Energy Agreement, signed in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on April 29, 2007, between the Government of the then Republic of Bolivia and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Article 2. The Executive Body through of an Interpretive Declaration, will communicate to the Government of the

Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, that the denomination? Republic of Bolivia? should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State promulgated on February 7, 2009, and Supreme Decree No. 048 of 18 March 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-eight days of August

of the year two thousand twelve.
