CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Attribution 10ª, of the Constitution

Policy of the State, the Contract of Loan No. 2719 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank, is approved Inter-American Development-IDB on June 29, 2012, for the sum of up to $us.20,000,000.-(TWENTY MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the Early Childhood Development Program? Grow Well to Live Well?.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the three days of September of the

year two thousand twelve.
