CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ARTICLE 1. State of necessity and national priority, the installation and supply of electrical energy for
use and use of the rural communities of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
ARTICLE 2.
I. It is prioritized to start the project of installation and supply of electrical energy in the Department of Cochabamba, in the rural communities of: Uchu Uchu, Laphiani, Ankoaje, 1ro. de Mayo, Chorojo, Villa Sivingani, Viloma Chaqueri, Kollpa Cillaraya, Takuruma and Tutupaya, from the Andean regions of Sipe Sipe Municipality.
II. The installation of solar panels is prioritized in the communities of: Villa Bolivar, Alto Capellani, Akorani, Chiquero,
Falsuri, Pampakasi, Toncoma, Cultani, Chacapaya, Totorani, Munani and Escalerani. Its financing must be coordinated with the Autonomous Government of Cochabamba and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Sipe Sipe.
ARTICLE 3. The Autonomous Government of Cochabamba and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Sipe Sipe, in the framework of its competences, is responsible for the elaboration of the project to final design for the installation of monophasic and three-phase electric voltage networks, from the Sipe Valley to the community of Uchu Uchu, prior to the technical inspection and verification studies for the implementation of the project.
ARTICLE 4. The Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy, the Viceministerium of Electricity and Alternative Energy and the Ministry of Development Planning, will coordinate with the Autonomous Government of Cochabamba and the Government Municipal Autonomous of Sipe Sipe, the channeling of the necessary financing, for the installation and execution of the project of supply of electric power and other alternative energies.
Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Sessions Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, ten days of the month of September of two thousand twelve years.
