Law No. 293 law of 28 of September of 2012 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law the Assembly Legislative PLURINACIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. National heritage monuments, historical, Cultural and architectural of the plurinational State of Bolivia, the convent of the Carmelites in Santa Teresa, located in the municipality of Cercado Cochabamba Department is declared.
Article 2. He is declared priority the preservation of the convent of the Carmelites in Santa Teresa, in both historic, Cultural and architectural.
Article 3. According to existing legislation, the autonomous State Government of Cochabamba and the Municipal self-government of fencing of the Cochabamba Department, may manage funds for the preservation, maintenance and restoration of the convent of the Carmelites in Santa Teresa.
Article 4. The Ministry of culture is responsible for registration, cataloging, and issuance of the certificate of Cultural heritage, referred to in article 1.
Refer to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
Two thousand twelve is given in room sessions of the Assembly Legislative plurinational, eleven days after the month of September in the year.
