CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ARTICLE 1. Declare Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to the Ruins of
Inka Raqay, declared National Archaeological Monument by Law No. 3479 of 22 September 2006, and the archaeological site of the ruins of Inka Raqay, belonging to the Quechua Culture, located in the Community Agrarian Linku Union, of Sipe Sipe Municipality of the Department of Cochabamba.
ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body is entrusted through the Ministry of Cultures, Vice-Ministry of
and Vice-Ministry of Tourism, to coordinate with the Autonomous Government of Cochabamba and the Autonomous Government. Municipal of Sipe Sipe, to manage the financing, both external and internal, for the project of restoration, conservation, protection, preservation, research, promotion and dissemination of the archaeological heritage Inka Raqay.
ARTICLE 3. The execution of a Comprehensive Plan of Restoration is available, recovery, preservation,
conservation, research, promotion and dissemination of the archaeological site of the ruins of Inka Raqay, in coordination between the Ministry of Cultures, Autonomous Government of Cochabamba, Autonomous Government Municipal of Sipe Sipe, with participation of the indigenous organizations native peasants, Linku community and archeologists.
ARTICLE 4. The Autonomous Departmental Government of Cochabamba and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Sipe
Sipe, are in charge of defining the area of influence of damping to strengthen the promotion and dissemination of the archaeological ensemble Inka Raqay as educational community tourism, through social development projects for the benefit of the community and the municipality, with concurrent participation of the Ministry of Cultures.
Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.

thousand twelve.
