CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, Attribution 10, of the State Political Constitution,

approves the Loan Contract, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF on July 03, 2012, for the sum of up to $us18,450,000.-(EIGHTEEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND 00/100 US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Program More Investments for Water? MIGUA I (Phase 2)?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said Loan Agreement approved by the

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the nineteenth day of the month of

September of the year two thousand twelve.
