CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. The declaration of Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to the Festivity

Religious of the? Christ Crucified Lord of Miracles?, which is held in the Municipality of Punata, of the Department of Cochabamba.

Article 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Cultures, the Autonomous Government of

Cochabamba and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Punata, according to their competencies, will support in the safeguarding, promotion and strengthening of the Festivity.

Article 3. The Autonomous Government of Cochabamba, the Government Autonomous Municipal of Punata and

the Social Organizations that participate in Religious Holiday of the? Christ Crucified Lord of the Miracles?, they are charged with drawing up the Plan of Management of the Festivity.

Remitase the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly. Plurinational, at the nineteenth day of the month of

September of the year two thousand twelve.
