CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ARTICLE 1. In accordance with Article 158, number 13 of the Political Constitution of the
State, the disposal, for consideration, of the lots of land of public domain with a surface area of 2,214,57 m2, is approved. registered in Royal Rights with Royal Foles Numbers 2.01.0.99.0160162, 2.01.0.99.0148808, 2.01.0.99.0148397, 2.01.0.99.0047647 and 2.01.0.99.0148669, located on the 15th of April of the area of Villa Fatima (formerly Rio Chapuma) of this City, belonging to the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz, with authorization made by Municipal Ordinance G.M.L.P. No. 619/09 of 30 December 2009, as amended by the Municipal Ordinance. G.A.M.L.P. No. 461/10 of 7 October 2010, in favor of the Foundation? Arc Iris?, destined for the functioning of the Rainbow Hospital and the purposes mentioned in the aforementioned Municipal Ordinance.
ARTICLE 2. The aforementioned alienation, once the legal personality of the Foundation ceases? Rainbow? or this
does not meet the specific objectives of the same, the lots of land, together with all the constructed infrastructure, equipment and furniture, will be reversed in favor of the Municipal Government of La Paz, aspect that must be specified in the transfer of ownership contract.
Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of October. two
thousand twelve years.
