CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Attribution 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approved of the Loan Contract between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF, on 4 October 2012, for the sum of up to $us115,000,000.00.-(HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Program More Investments for Water II? MIGUA II?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the aforementioned Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-six days of October

of the year two thousand twelve.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the law of the State Plurinational of Bolivia
