CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. In accordance with the Attribution 14th Paragraph I of Article 158 of the Political Constitution of the

State, Convention 189 is ratified? Convention on Decent Work for Workers and Domestic Workers of the International Labour Organization (ILO), adopted on 16 June 2011, on the occasion of the 100th International Conference of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Article 2. In the framework of the Principle of flexibility for the application of the rules of the Organization

International Labour, the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Welfare, is responsible for implementing the specified Convention, according to the Constitutional and legal provisions in force.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-four days of October

of the year two thousand twelve.
