CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ARTICLE 1. The National Priority is declared the Prospection and Exploration of Water Resources, which will allow a comprehensive assessment of the potential of surface and underground water resources, in the framework of the human right to water.
ARTICLE 2. The Central Level of the State through intergovernmental agreements with territorial entities
autonomous, prioritized in the short term, plans, programs, projects and studies to evaluate Comprehensive form of the Prospection and Exploration of Surface Water Resources and Underground, starting the same in the Department of Peace, in the framework of the distribution of competences established in the Constitution of the State and the Law Framework of Autonomies and Decentralization? Andrés Ibanez?.
Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, seven days in the month of November
two thousand twelve years.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
