CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:
PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
UNICO ARTICLE. Modify the Single Article of Law No. 3620 of March 21, 2007, regarding
the social reason for the Unified Mining Cooperative and the Minera Potosi Cooperative, entered with No. 2 and with N ° 5, respectively, by? Unified Mining Cooperative of Potosi Ltda.?.
Remitase to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, seven days of the month of November of the
year two thousand twelve.
