CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. (OBJECT). This Law is intended to decriminalize the right to strike and protection
of the union jurisdiction in criminal matters.
Article 2. (AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE 232 OF THE PENAL CODE)
Criminal Code, as follows:
? Article 232. (SABOTAGE).
I. Which prevents or hinders the normal development of work or production, invadiere or occupy
industrial, agricultural or mining establishments, or causes damage to machines, provisions, appliances or instruments in They will be sanctioned with deprivation of liberty from one (1) to eight (8) years.

Article. 3 (REPEAL). In order to implement this Law, Article 234 of the
Criminal Code, which is elevated to the rank of Law by Law No 1768 of 10 March 1997, is repealed.
FINAL DISPOSITION
UNICA.The pending criminal proceedings, followed by the commission of the offences provided for in Articles 232 (Saboeing) and 234 (Lock-Out, Strikes and Illegal Strikes) of the Penal Code, will be subject to the application of the most criminal law favorable, according to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 4 of the Penal Code.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
