CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A :

ARTICLE 1. Declare the Waters of the Silala, a natural natural resource of the State Plurinational of Bolivia,

that is located in the Province Sud Lipez del Potosi Department.

ARTICLE 2.

I. The Government of the Central Level of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, is responsible for the preservation and the

gradual and progressive use of this natural resource strategic, and must define a plan and programs for its proper and sustainable use.

II. The Government of the Central Level of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, the Autonomous Departmental Government of Potosi and the

Autonomous Government Municipal of San Pablo de Lipez, are responsible for the design and execution of projects, according to its powers established in the Constitution of the State, Law No. 031 Law Framework of Autonomy and Decentralization? Andres Ibanez? and the Law No. 300 Framework Law of Mother Earth and Integral Development to Live Well.

Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-seven The month of

November of two thousand twelve years.
