CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Attribution 14, of the Constitution of the State

Plurinational, is it ratified? Treaty of Extradition between the Republic of Bolivia and the United Mexican States, signed in Mexico City, on October 25, 2007.

Article 2. The Executive Body through an Interpretive Declaration, must communicate to the Government of the

Mexican United States, that the name? Republic of Bolivia? should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-seventh day of the month of

November of the year two thousand twelve.
