CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, paragraph I attribution 14, of the Constitution of the State,

is ratified? Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child Relating to a Communications Procedure, approved by Resolution No. A/C3/66/L. 66 of 2 November 2011, of the General Assembly of the United Nations.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, four days in December of the

year two thousand twelve.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the Plurinational State.
