CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Is a Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the Bolivian People, to the Dance of the Siringuero? Castañero and the Amazonian Fisherman's Dance, typical of the Department of Pando.

Article 2. The Ministry of Cultures, is responsible for the registration, cataloging and issuance of the Cultural and Intangible Heritage Certificate of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to the Dances described in Article 1 of this Law.

Remitase al Executive organ for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, four days in December of the year two thousand twelve.
