The Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing shall proceed with the identification, location and exact surface of the real estate necessary for the purpose of the above Article.

Realized the identification, location and surface of the real estate, the corresponding Ministerial Resolution will be issued, which must be notified to the owners, who will have a period of ten (10) working days, from their notification, for to establish their proprietary rights and to present their property. In the event of failure to respond to the notification, the owner shall be deemed to be subject to the endorsement determined by the Ministry.

Article 4. (ENTITY PROPERTY PROPERTY TRANSFER

III. The real estate owned or by the Bolivian Police, will be transferred to free by this

entity or by the Ministry of Government, to the Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing, for the project? Construction, Implementation and Administration of the Cable Transport System (Teleferico) in the cities of La Paz and El Alto?, owing to the Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing, to manage the allocation of the necessary resources for ensure the continuity of the functions of the Bolivian Police for which these goods were assigned.

IV. The identification of the real estate of public entities mentioned in this Article shall be carried out

by Ministerial Resolution based on the Ministry of Works Public, Services and Housing.

V. The deadline of ten (10) business days for the subscription of the minutes of transfer and delivery of the goods

is set forth in favor of the Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing. This period shall be based on the notification with the Ministerial Resolution indicated in the preceding paragraph.

Article 5. (TEMPORARY RIGHT OF USE). Municipal Autonomous Governments of the cities of La

Paz and El Alto, through their corresponding instances and the respective procedure, are empowered to grant the temporary right of use of goods The Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing, as long as its final transfer is available.
