LAW OF JANUARY 4, 2013

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the Bolivian People, al? Cultural Festival in Music and

Native Dance of Compi-Tauca?, which takes place in the municipality of Chua Cocani, of the Omasuyos Province of the Department of La Paz.

Article 2. The Executive Body, through the Ministry of Cultures, in coordination with the Autonomous Government

Departmental of La Paz and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Chua Cocani, within the framework of its competences, will implement policies of promotion and dissemination for cultural and tourist purposes.

Article 3. The Autonomous Government of Chua Cocani, is in charge of the organization of the Festival

Cultural in Music and Native Dance, in the communities of Compi- Tauca.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twelve days of December of the

year two thousand twelve.
