CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. Declare the Minero de Potosi Carnival, known as the Bajada del? Tata Q'aqcha? and Veneration of the Virgin of Candelaria, as? Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia?, as one of the manifestations and folkloric expressions? More genuine and unique cultural in its genre, reflecting the important contribution made by the mining worker for the development of our country, and that it is done more than 4,000 meters above sea level.

ARTICLE 2. The Ministry of Cultures, the Autonomous Departmental Government of Potosi and the
