CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. Declare the Minero de Potosi Carnival, known as the Bajada del? Tata Q'aqcha? and Veneration of the Virgin of Candelaria, as? Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia?, as one of the manifestations and folkloric expressions?
