CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with the 14ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Political Constitution of the

State, the adherence to the Beijing Amendment, of the Protocol of Montreal Relating to the Substances that Deplete the Layer of Ozone of Ozone of 1987, adopted at the Tenth First Meeting of the Parties, held in Beijing, the People's Republic of China, from 29 November to 03 December 1999.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-eight days of February

of the year two thousand thirteen.
